Q:   CAN ONE UPLOAD FILES TO A WEBSITE FROM A CELL PHONE?

A:   YES. However, The Host Server Must have a file manager that allows uploading files to the site. If not, one may be able to get a FTP App on their Cell Phone.

I upload my files to my websites using My Cell Phone. I do not have The internet or WiFi on my Desktop for security reasons.
